This Metal polish is used for cleaning and shining area's that were not machined finished, so that a uniform apperance is achieved. Also use it to hand polish your work from time to time. The metal prep (diluted brightener) is just wonderful for removing sodium chloride, waxes, water spots, and preparring your aluminum to be hand polished or machined.
